What is the flame retardant system of the flame retardant for cable filler rope materials? And what is the flame retardant principle?

Flame retardants are divided into two categories: additive flame retardants that are physically mixed and reactive flame retardants that are chemically bonded. The basic requirements for the physical properties of flame retardants are as follows: ① Good compatibility with plastics and synthetic fibers; ② Not changing the inherent excellent properties of the original substances; ③ Small dosage but great effect; ④ Not decomposing at the processing temperature; ⑤ Low toxicity and not generating toxic gases when burning; ⑥ Low cost. There are many substances that can be used as flame retardants. For example, alkyl phosphates: tributyl phosphate, tris(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate, tris(2-chloroethyl) phosphate, tris(2,3-dichloropropyl) phosphate, tris(2,3-dibromopropyl) phosphate, Pyrol99, etc.; aryl phosphates: tolyl diphenyl phosphate, tricresyl phosphate, triphenyl phosphate, (2-ethylhexyl) diphenyl phosphate, etc. Dicyclopentadiene derivatives: chlorendic anhydride, etc. Aliphatic halogenated hydrocarbons, especially bromides: dibromomethane, trichlorobromomethane, dichlorobromomethane, as well as aromatic bromides such as octabromodiphenyl oxide, pentabromoethylbenzene, tetrabromobisphenol A, and other halogenated substances. In addition, there are tris(dibromopropyl) phosphate, halogenated cyclohexanes and their derivatives, decabromodiphenyl ether and its derivatives. Inorganic flame retardants include tellurium compounds, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, borates, etc. Organic nitrogen-based flame retardants such as triazine and its derivatives, melamine, etc., do not have an ideal effect when used alone, but can produce a synergistic effect when used in combination with phosphorus-based flame retardants. There are two types of such composite flame retardants. One is the compound flame retardant obtained by the mechanical mixing of two flame retardants; the other is the compound containing both nitrogen and phosphorus at the same time. The former includes flame retardants composed of melamine and polyphosphate esters, and flame retardants composed of urea, dicyandiamide and phosphate esters; the latter includes melamine salts of pentaerythritol phosphate, cyclophosphamide polymers, etc.
