Which one is more widely used, the flame - retardant PP corrugated pipe or the flame - retardant PE corrugated pipe?

Comparatively speaking, the PP flame-retardant corrugated pipe is better than the PE one. 

First of all, let's take a look at the differences between the PP flame-retardant corrugated pipe and the PE flame-retardant corrugated pipe. 

1. The temperature resistance is also different. PE can withstand temperatures from -40°C to 90°C; PP can withstand temperatures from -30°C to 120°C, and it can even reach 140°C for a short time.

 2. The flame-retardant plastic corrugated pipe made of PP material is harder and has stronger compressive resistance than the PE plastic corrugated pipe. The PP flame-retardant plastic corrugated pipe has good flexibility, a glossy surface, and is resistant to chemical corrosion. It is mainly used for special automotive wiring, and can also be used in machine tools, automation instruments, motors, to protect cables and wires from external abrasion and for insulation. 

3. Among plastic corrugated pipes, the PP material is the most cost-effective one. 

Therefore, most customers will use environmentally friendly and brand-new PP polypropylene material for production. Generally, it is a black plastic corrugated pipe. Of course, there are also grey and orange ones being produced. The structure is wavy both inside and outside.
