The customer used the PE blown film flame retardant master batch and reported that the film has poor opening performance after adding it, suspecting that it is a problem with the PE flame retardant master batch. First point: The temperature of the machine body and the die head is too high. It should be appropriately reduced. 

Second point: The clamping force of the traction roller is too large or the traction speed is too fast, resulting in poor cooling. The clamping force should be adjusted smaller or the traction speed should be reduced. 

Third point: There is poor cooling, and the cooling efficiency of the cooling system should be improved. 

Fourth point: The amount of lubricant used is too small, and an appropriate amount of internal lubricant should be added. 

Fifth point: The amount of plasticizer used is too large, and its usage amount should be reduced. 

By doing so, the problem of poor film opening performance can be well solved!
