Homopolymer PPV2 Flame Retardant HF-01-FR6010

1. Excellent flame retardant effect. It can achieve self-extinguishing upon removal of the ignition source, reaching the V2 (0.8 - 3.2mm) level.

2. High flame retardant efficiency. Adding only 1% can make it self-extinguish when the fire source is removed, and there is no need to add synergists such as antimony trioxide.

3. Good compatibility of the PP flame retardant. There is no exudation or blooming in the final products.

4. Outstanding mechanical properties. It does not change the original impact resistance, tensile strength, bending resistance and other properties of the products.

5. The PP flame retardant has excellent anti-aging performance. There is no need to add additional antioxidants and light stabilizers to enhance the anti-aging performance.

6. It complies with the environmental protection requirements of ROHS and REACH and can be exported.

Homopolymer PPV2 Flame Retardant HF-01-FR6010

I. Product Introduction of the PP Flame Retardant:

1. It has an excellent flame retardant effect, achieving self-extinguishing upon removal of the ignition source, reaching the V2 (0.8 - 3.2mm) level.

2. It has a high flame retardant efficiency. Adding only 1% can make it self-extinguish when the fire source is removed, and there is no need to add synergists such as antimony trioxide.

3. The PP flame retardant has good compatibility. There is no exudation or blooming in the final products.

4. It has outstanding mechanical properties, not changing the original impact resistance, tensile strength, bending resistance, etc. of the products.

5. The PP flame retardant has excellent anti-aging performance. There is no need to add additional antioxidants and light stabilizers to enhance the anti-aging performance.

6. It complies with the environmental protection requirements of ROHS and REACH and can be exported.

Notes:

(1) This flame retardant can only be used for homopolymer PP.

(2) If fillers are added, barium sulfate or talcum powder can be used (the talcum powder should not contain calcium carbonate). The ratio is: add 2.5 - 3% of the PP flame retardant, and 10% of the filler can be used.

(3) To improve the dispersibility and lubricity, white oil and EBS can be appropriately added (do not use PE wax, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, stearic acid).

(4) Calcium carbonate and masterbatches containing calcium carbonate should not be used in the product formulation.

(5) POE should not be added.
