Homopolymer PPV2 Flame Retardant HF-01-FR6010

I. Product Introduction of the PP Flame Retardant:

4. It has outstanding mechanical properties, not changing the original impact resistance, tensile strength, bending resistance, etc. of the products.
5. The PP flame retardant has excellent anti-aging performance. There is no need to add additional antioxidants and light stabilizers to enhance the anti-aging performance.
6. It complies with the environmental protection requirements of ROHS and REACH and can be exported.
Notes:
(1) This flame retardant can only be used for homopolymer PP.
(2) If fillers are added, barium sulfate or talcum powder can be used (the talcum powder should not contain calcium carbonate). The ratio is: add 2.5 - 3% of the PP flame retardant, and 10% of the filler can be used.
(3) To improve the dispersibility and lubricity, white oil and EBS can be appropriately added (do not use PE wax, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, stearic acid).
(4) Calcium carbonate and masterbatches containing calcium carbonate should not be used in the product formulation.
(5) POE should not be added.
