High - temperature Anti - aging Agent HF - 03 - HH1010 for Polypropylene (PP) 

This product takes BASF antioxidants as the main component, combines nano anti - aging materials, and makes use of the special functions of hindered phenols to eliminate free radicals in plastic products, as well as the special effects of auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphites and thioesters to decompose peroxides, so as to achieve the goal of high - temperature anti - aging of the product. It is a compound nano anti - aging agent for plastic PP with good antioxidant properties and resistance to ultraviolet discoloration. 

I. Product Applications 

1. It can be used for the high - temperature processing of common PP and foamed PP. 

II. Performance Characteristics 

1. It has strong antioxidant capacity and excellent weather resistance. It can delay the degradation and aging rate of products and greatly improve the anti - aging performance of products. 

2. It has the performance of processing stability, long - term anti - aging and anti - yellowing. It can be used in combination with general antioxidants.

3. This product has good compatibility with resins, has no chemical reaction with other additives, and does not affect the processing performance and other properties of the resins. It has good compatibility, does not precipitate, does not bloom, and can be exported. 

4. It is non - flammable, non - corrosive and has good storage stability. 

III. Usage Method 

1. For thin products, the general dosage is 0.5 - 0.8%, and for thick products, it is 0.6 - 1%. 

2. The addition amount under other process conditions: 0.5 - 0.8%. 

IV. Storage Conditions Store in a dry and light - proof environment.
