PC Transparent Granule Impact Modifier:

Primarily used for PC plastics, this is a specialized impact modifier designed for transparent PC plastic raw materials or recycled materials. It comes in transparent granules and increases the impact strength of PC plastics by 20%, while improving their flow, flexibility, and toughness.

How to Use PC Toughening Agent:

1. Low Cost: The recommended dosage of PC toughening agent is 2% to 4%, meaning 20–40 grams of additive per 1 kg of raw material. Since the dosage is low, we recommend using 2%. Please ensure you test with a 25 kg sample of plastic and mix it in a mixer for 15–20 minutes (testing with just a few kilograms of material will not yield accurate results).

2. Simple Application: Simply add the PC toughening agent during mixing. Blend it with sprues, recycled material, and raw material for 15–20 minutes. Once thoroughly mixed, transfer the mixture to a feed bag (or leave it in the mixing hopper) and let it sit for 45–60 minutes to allow for a full chemical reaction. Afterward, the material is ready for heating, extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding. (If clumping occurs, break it up with a hard object or use a mixer to disperse it.)

3. PC toughening agent facilitates easier plastic coloring: This PC toughening agent helps color pigments adhere, ensuring uniform coloring and reducing the need for dispersants or diffusion oils.
