This product uses BASF antioxidants and UV absorbers as its primary anti-aging components, combined with nano-composite anti-aging materials. It utilizes hindered phenols to eliminate free radicals in plastic products and leverages the unique ability of auxiliary antioxidants such as phosphites and thioesters to decompose peroxides, thereby achieving the product’s anti-aging objectives. It is a composite polypropylene (PP) anti-aging agent with excellent antioxidant properties and resistance to UV-induced discoloration.

一、Product Applications：

1. Effectively absorbs UV light with wavelengths of 270–380 nm, primarily for use in polypropylene (PP). Extends the service life of products in both indoor and outdoor environments.

2. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including ABS, PVC, and other polymer materials;

3. Suitable for use in coatings, rubber, oils, and other materials;

4. Particularly suitable for colorless, transparent, and light-colored products;

二、Performance Characteristics：

1. Strong UV absorption capacity and excellent weather resistance; it slows down the degradation and aging of products, significantly improving their anti-aging performance and service life.

2. Absorbs almost no visible light, making it an ideal UV absorber for colorless, transparent, and colored products;

3. Combines processing stability with long-lasting anti-aging and anti-yellowing properties. Can be used in conjunction with general antioxidants;

4. This product has good compatibility with resins and does not react chemically with other additives. It has minimal impact on the processing and other properties of resins, with excellent compatibility. It does not leach out or bloom and is suitable for export;

5. Non-flammable, non-corrosive, and has good storage stability;

三、 Usage Instructions；

1. The typical dosage is 0.7% for thin products and 0.5–0.8% for thick products.

2. Dosage under other processing conditions: 0.5–0.8%
