With the continuous launch of various engineering construction projects in China, the formwork industry has developed rapidly. It is expected that from 2011 to 2012, the average annual growth rate of the production scale of China's building formwork industry will be about 15%. By the end of 2012, the output of China's building formwork industry will reach about 220 million square meters.

1. High-quality raw materials and scientific formula 

The main raw materials of wood-plastic doors are PVC resin and high-quality wood powder. The PVC resin is of medical grade and from domestic well-known brands, and the wood powder is provided by professional wood companies with high-quality tree species wood powder. After classification, screening, grinding, drying and coating treatment, it ensures that the finished products meet the requirements for raw material quality. In the formula system of wood-plastic doors, a certain proportion of auxiliary materials are added, such as stabilizers, foaming agents, modifiers, etc. All components are mixed according to strict proportions, effectively ensuring the product quality of foamed plates.

The production equipment, from the mixing system to the extrusion system, is all imported from abroad, at the international leading level, with a high degree of automation. The mixing equipment has the characteristics of accurate batching, uniform mixing and high efficiency, fundamentally ensuring the stability of the products. Since the production of wood-plastic foamed doors has high requirements for foaming extrusion equipment, a high-torque twin-screw extruder is used, and components such as screws and barrels are modified to adapt to the skin formation on the inner and outer surfaces of lignin and uniform foaming, and to avoid phenomena such as the carbonization of wood powder.

The thermal transfer process is adopted to transfer various patterns onto the extruded plates, giving the products a variety of high-grade tree species wood grain and color. 8. Good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance

Wood-plastic composite doors do not support combustion when exposed to an open flame and will automatically extinguish after the fire source is removed. After testing, the oxygen index of Longqiaomu wood-plastic composite doors is 48, and its fire protection performance level is B1.
