This has little to do with the physical properties of the PE flame retardant master batch itself, and it is mainly a problem of the temperature during the processing.
There are four issues analyzed as follows:
First, the temperature of the molten material is too high! The temperature of the machine body and the die head should be appropriately reduced.
Second, the cooling efficiency of the cooling air ring is too low! The cooling efficiency of the cooling system should be improved, and the air pressure and air volume of the air ring can be appropriately increased.
Third, the friction between the bubble tube and the chevron plate is too large! The included angle of the chevron plate should be appropriately increased to reduce the contact area between the bubble tube and the plate.
Fourth, the temperature of the die head is too low, resulting in difficult discharge and the film bubble jumping. The temperature of the die head should be appropriately increased and the screw rotation speed should be increased.
